Yeap, I been spruiking this issue all day/night too.

Of course being a wormholer, by nature a pilot at the very cutting edge of style, I was offended by this gross oversight in the cut of my jib, and so it was an issue I took to heart. Several others have posted too, in the Kronos feedback thread, New Eden Store thread, and in a suggestion thread.

These new items are fantastic, along with the rest of the expansion imo, but I'd really like my avatar to use the "dress" as an actual dress.

But yes to no bottoms, as I've already posted in the linked thread.

Done however my disagreement still stands in regards to where the focus should be placed.

Certainly. Stockings should have their own layer so they could be worn below skirts and dresses, and replace "bottom" if the top piece is modest enough for CCP art team.

Of course, this is CCP and maybe nobody thought of that when they designed the avatar models, but then a skin-tight stocking/panty/legging could be simulated with a texture in the same way as cybernetic arms are simulated.

Well, theoretically, and unless the leg texturing was made in a way that made that impossible. Why should anyone want to render arms and legs differently, ask the curious? Because, !!CCP!!

The 'Strut' camo pants looks a lot like stockings (moreso than the other latex looking Strut pants).

Also, Damjan Fox posted some tutorials here about how he extracts ship 3-d resources from EVE, so maybe this method could be applied to avatars and clothes too (would be awesome..).

I'm sure CCP has no explanation for why these Star Trek-y colors are not available in NES or seeded on market. I especially like the one Ms. Troi could easily be wearing..

^^ new for Kronos and using the same mesh as the blue and black versions on NES, but these are not available on NES or market even on SiSi..

Those screenshots are the 3-d view of those items on the market instead of Sibs wearing them because they can't be purchased. I had to uncheck the "Show only available" box in Market to see them under "Outerwear" section.

Adding my vote to the numbers. Being Caldari, I have no pants that go with the top I currently have on. Add to that, any of the pants models that have the pocket on the thigh have the top cutting through them. It would just look better all around if I did not have to put pants on.

From that screeny the 3rd from right is the only realistic pair. They need quite a thick section at the top to stay up (you can get patterned hold ups too). Or you could try create a suspender belt. Maybe you should go buy some irl and try them on to get a better sense

I know you are pursuing the clothing theme in particular but it'd be really useful to consolidate them into a single thread. It'd probably help the devs if it's all together and it'd get more support from people. Just a thought...
